If you are searching for just a sandwich franchise opportunity, we have something Lotz Better. Schlotzsky's® is seeking highly motivated, experienced restaurant management franchisees to continue our multi-unit, bakery café franchise development (minimum of three restaurants).
The initial franchise fee to become a Schlotzsky's franchisee is $45,000, with $30,000 of that fee going to Schlotzsky's, $7,500 going to Carvel and $7,500 going to Cinnabon. Additionally, potential franchisees should possess cash liquidity of $600,000 and a net worth of at least $1.5 million.
